Neel Sinha

Neel is the Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Deque, where he leads high-performing teams across APAC, EMEA, and the U.S. to help customers tackle complex digital accessibility challenges. Since 2018, he’s worked closely with some of the world’s largest organizations to build enterprise-wide accessibility programs—always with a focus on impact, scalability, and sustainability.

A seasoned leader in accessibility and go-to-market strategy, Neel has helped accelerate product growth and scale Deque’s global sales infrastructure. His leadership style blends curiosity, empathy, and a deep commitment to understanding customer needs—translating those insights into meaningful action across the business.

Neel believes the best commercial strategies are the ones that stay true to the company’s mission: enabling digital access for people with disabilities. He lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his fiancé and their two pitbulls, who are only slightly more intense negotiators than he is.
