Position Description
Deque is seeking a Product Retention Specialist, to join our growing Product Success team, who has a passion for providing an excellent product onboarding experience to our customers, building deep relationships and translating customer needs into straightforward, measurable solutions. This position will serve as a trusted advisor to Deque’s mid-market/SMB clients to help them achieve their digital accessibility goals and is ultimately responsible for ensuring their success. The ideal candidate has some experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or similar roles supporting product adoption in a B2B SaaS environment. An understanding of current web and native-mobile development processes is a plus. This is an individual contributor entry level position.
Apply NowPrimary Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and renewal journeys for an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Understand customer training needs and their current tool usage/adoption; provide tailored training recommendations.
- Conduct feedback sessions with the product team and relay customer insights.
- Resolve technical issues and create support tickets to request new features, report bugs, and enhance product documentation.
- Create and utilize Salesforce reports to track, action, and report on the status of various assigned accounts.
- Schedule and coordinate product upgrades for SaaS customers when no dedicated PM/CSM is assigned.
- Coordinate and follow up with Accounting and Customers on renewals.
- Stay updated with new Deque Programs, Services, and Products.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role
- B2B SaaS experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer projects concurrently
- A strong work ethic and self-starter attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Familiarity with agile web development processes is a plus
