Zoe Portlock is the Accessibility Lead at Hargreaves Lansdown (HL), a FTSE 100 company and the UK’s biggest investment platform, where she established and leads Digital Accessibility.

Zoe also writes articles and consults about Digital Accessibility with Scope, a well-known disability equality charity. Her work is informed by her lived experience. She is autistic, has Irlen Syndrome, and lives with M.E/CFS, Fibromyalgia and Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

Zoe is a tenacious advocate for all people with accessibility needs, driven to ensure all users have the equal digital experiences that they deserve.
