Zenab Khan is a Senior Accessibility Specialist at Thomson Reuters, where she leads accessibility efforts for one of the company’s AI-driven legal products. She also led Thomson Reuters’ first dedicated accessibility study focused on AI chats, contributing to the broader inclusive research initiative within the company.
Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, she was as an Accessibility Consultant at AbilityNet, where she advised clients across public and private sectors and delivered trainings on digital accessibility. In addition to her accessibility work, Zenab has implemented process improvements in the retail and manufacturing industries, driving cost savings and operational efficiencies. She holds two undergraduate degrees, in Industrial Engineering and Applied & Computational Mathematics, from the University of Washington.
