My current role at Fidelity International (Wealth and fund management) is Global Head of Digital Standards and Practice.
My sweet spots are recruiting and nurturing award-winning creative teams, building design org’s at scale (DesignOps), design systems, organizational and culture change through user-centered design methods (Design Thinking), and embedding inclusivity and accessibility.
