Noorul Ameen comes with 19+ years of industry experience in Strategising UX, Designing UI, Managing Design Teams, Generating Revenue for design agencies and Mentoring young designers. Currently, he is the director of design for Mitratech Holdings, working across business units to manage the design practice and help create usable, enjoyable and accessible software products to legal department users like general counsel, attorneys, enterprise risk officers and human resource compliance professionals.
He applies the analytical skills from his engineering background and strategic thinking skills from his management studies to provide scalable, accessible and sustainable solutions. He embraces the world of design from the perspectives of science and art at the same time which helps him create innovative, enjoyable and accessible product experiences. He understands the value of design and communicates well the same to business stakeholders for a profitable client/customer engagement.
