Catharine McNally is the Senior Program Manager for Accessibility at GitHub. McNally leads cross-functional partnerships between design, product, and engineering teams to integrate accessibility into their processes. With her strategy and operational experience, McNally is always identifying opportunities for scale, efficiency, and improvement, whether that be through training, process improvement, or inclusive user research. As someone who is deaf and uses cochlear implants, McNally embraces tech and experimentation to help unlock new opportunities for accessibility.
