Aditya is a Senior Accessibility Program Manager at Microsoft. He believes in equal access and is an advocate for people with disabilities. He enthusiastically brings his passion for accessibility and web technology along with 14+ years of industry experience. He has contributed to making many web experiences accessible over the last couple of years at Microsoft. He has developed accessibility guidance and processes in different team functions including design, content, development, QA, and localization. He is currently leading the accessibility program at one of the Microsoft divisions with more than a thousand employees.
