Description

This session will explore the limitations of WCAG compliance in delivering usable experiences for users with diverse needs. By examining real-world examples from usability research, we will identify gaps between user expectations and product team intentions. The presentation will highlight the importance of integrating accessibility early in the design process and involving users with disabilities throughout the product lifecycle. Attendees will learn practical approaches to create inclusive and delightful user experiences while reducing costs and increasing product success.
