From AI Chats to Beyond: Building Our Accessibility Research Program
Description
AI chats are being adopted quickly, but current accessibility standards don’t fully cover complex features like forms or rich content in chats.
We will share the journey of launching Thomson Reuters’ in-house accessibility research study for AI chats – from building and testing prototypes, training a team of researchers, and conducting sessions with participants with disabilities.
Along the way, we’ll highlight our learnings and process for building a scalable model for inclusive research studies.
