Education is a key part of a mature accessibility program, yet often gets delayed or overlooked. Join Alexis, Lindsey, and Catharine as they discuss the past year’s journey of advocating for, iterating on, and building a bespoke a11y education ecosystem from the design, engineering, and program management perspective. Participants will leave with tips on how to incrementally work education into their a11y programs, how to collaborate with cross-functional partners, and tips for creating a feedback loop with internal and external stakeholders.
