Description

Traditional routes for accessibility-specific research can be expensive and generic – you won’t always learn how your actual clients respond to your products or services.

However, doing your research in-house might seem challenging: recruitment, communication, technology, compensation – all these and more need to be carefully considered when talking to disabled clients.

Zoe Portlock is the Accessibility Lead at Hargreaves Lansdown (HL), a FTSE 100 investment platform. In this talk, she’ll outline the process and lessons learned from building a research panel in-house, made up of real HL clients with accessibility needs.
