Human Factors specialist by training, Natalie began as a research scientist at INSERM (1993 – 97), and continued her career as an expert in R&D at Orange (1997 – 2008). She decided to go out on her own as the co-owner a consulting firm specializing in Creativity, Marketing and User Centred Design from 2008 to 2010. Back at Orange, Natalie became the head of the User Experience Design and Accessibility department until August 2016. Today, she’s the training and cross-functional accessibility project manager for Orange’s centre of expertise, E-Accessibility Solutions for Everyone.
