Meet Olivier Fortin (he/him), a Senior Digital Accessibility (A11y) Engineer and Designer with over 15 years of experience in front-end web development. Olivier has been working at CBC/Radio-Canada for the past 7 years, first as a Senior Frontend Developer in Montreal and now as a Senior Digital Accessibility Engineer for English Services. Olivier strongly advocates accessibility and equity, ensuring that digital media experiences are available to everyone regardless of ability. He has been involved in several notable projects, like Tokyo, Beijing and Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games. Olivier\’s expertise and dedication to accessibility and equity make him a valuable asset to any team. He is also contributing to the development of the national accessibility plan for CBC/Radio-Canada.
