About the presenters
Gina Bhawalkar
Principal Analyst, Forrester Research
Gina’s research focuses on experience design, the intersection of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and design, and digital accessibility. Gina established and now leads Forrester’s coverage of the digital accessibility space and has a deep background and interest in the topic. She advises organizations on how to establish and scale sustainable accessibility practices. Her research on accessibility has appeared in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The Financial Brand, and she is a frequent speaker at accessibility conferences and events. Gina’s other areas of expertise include how to build and scale an experience design practice; inclusive design; design systems; and the intersection of user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX).
