this flag represents the relationship between Japan and the USA.

We’re excited to announce that WorldSpace Comply – our automated testing tool that performs enterprise-level accessibility audits – is now available to the Japanese market! This Japanese localized version of WorldSpace Comply is available thanks to collaborative efforts with our partner company in Japan, Mitsue-Links Corporation (“Mitsue-Links”).

WorldSpace, the former version of WorldSpace Comply, had provided the first truly fully automated accessibility evaluations and repair management for any organization. No matter how large the website, WorldSpace could follow links, and collect web pages to evaluate for accessibility error. The web based, cross-platform user interface was intuitive –  meaning anyone who needed to create accessible websites and web applications could use it.

WorldSpace Comply, the upgraded version of WorldSpace and now a part of WorldSpace Suite, has been released with new features and improvements, including:

– Improved navigation designed to make WorldSpace Comply easier to use
– An improved scan engine to better handle evolving web technologies
– Accessibility rule upgrades for improved accuracy
– Secure REST APIs allow integration with external systems
– Improved integrations with popular issue tracking software (JIRA and HP/Quality Center)

WorldSpace Comply fully supports WCAG 2.0, which is globally recognized as a standard of web content accessibility guidelines. This year in Japan, JIS Web Content Accessibility Guideline was updated so that the guideline became identical with WCAG 2.0. That means Japanese localized version of WorldSpace Comply is usable for JIS X 8341-3:2016 conformance evaluation. WorldSpace Comply’s flexible feature settings enable use of the tool to make web content compliant with various accessibility guidelines, too.
